"Called back after Marlene’s phone number had previously left two calls to my number. Was trying to be nice to return the call, but there was some apparent miscommunication within State Farm. Marlene went above and beyond to be EXTREMELY RUDE as I was trying to help both of us sort through the confusion. Does not treat people well, never mind her customers. I would not trust this agent."
